Who’s ready for a challenge?!
This one is definitely not for beginners.
This will challenge your stability, your balance, your core and lower body strength. Oh and it will definitely challenge your patience.
Perform each exercise one after another with minimal rest in between
•Bodyweight Single Leg Deadlifts x 5
-add a pistol squat x 5
-add a tuck jump x 5
-switch from double tuck to single leg tuck jump x 5
REPEAT on opposite leg.
Not going to lie, my legs were burrrninggg from all those pistols.
