THE IMPORTANCE OF REST!
It’s been a busy week- I’ve had lots of cycle classes to teach, plus I haven’t felt 100% all week. This has left me with absolutely no voice left, and zero energy- and I know I haven’t performed as well as I know i can in some parts of the week. It may be insta fashionable to #grind
and take #norestdays
but in reality this will only impair recovery and extend the length of time that it takes you to feel well again! Today will be about relaxing and resting- ready for #Monday!
