🌻Homemade crunchy granola🌻 Ricetta semplicissima ricca di minerali, vitamine e acidi grassi. Ingredienti: ▪150 gr fiocchi d'avena decorticata ▪30 gr cocco rapé ▪40 gr semi di zucca ▪30 gr semi di chia ▪70 gr miele d'acacia ▪Cannella q.b. ▪Sale q.b. In una ciotola versare tutti gli ingredienti secchi ad eccezzione dei semi di chia. Questi dovranno essere messi da parte in una tazzina con il doppio del volume di acqua. Dopo 10 minuti potrenno essere aggiunti agli ingredienti secchi insieme al miele riscaldato per 25 sec nel microonde. Mescolare bene e aggiungere la cannella a piacere e un pizzico di sale rosa per esaltare i sapori. Infornare per 30 minuti circa in forno ventilato preriscaldato a 180°C. Girare e rimescolare a metà cottura. Lasciare raffreddare e conservare in un barattolo preferibilmente di vetro con chiusura ermetica. Кбжу на 100 гр: 115/20/2/3 Вам понадобится: 🔹1/2 пакетика желатина 🔹120 мл молока 🔹180 гр творога 🔹10 гр какао (чайная ложка) 🔹Сахарозаменитель по вкусу (я добавила 4 пакетика стевии) 🔹Скуп шоколадного протеина (можно спокойно заменить на дополнительную ложку какао и ещё немного сах.заменителя) Рецепт очень прост: разогреть в микроволновке молоко, растворить в нем желатин. Все ингредиенты взбить в блендере. И в холодильник на часик-два.
