Lifting has become such a big part of me because it’s honestly one of the only things that I feel like I’m good at. It brings me a feeling of accomplishment that I don’t think I get anywhere else in my life. I don’t have to worry about anyone or anything when I’m in the gym. I put my world on pause and for an hour and a half it’s just me, my music, and the weights. Lifting has molded me into the person that I am today and I don’t know where I would be or what I would be doing if I didn’t fall in love with it. At the end of the day it’s always me versus me and that is what always drives me to want to beat my last best!

Clean meals throughout the week with a few cookies along the way and whatever I feel like on the weekends... am I on a diet? Nop! I just enjoy a balanced lifestyle and know all too well that if I eat this the consequences will be xyz. That said whatever your goal is push and stick to it. It’s not about being restrictive that’s not life and your body at some point will respond negatively to it. Balanced meals + Gym = HAPPY body mind and heart 🤗 PS: new job so was being a social media hermit but finally getting back into the swing of things!! Which also means new Gym dope location 🤠
Totally forgot what it was like waking up and having to put real clothes on to go to an office. Can’t really tell if I like it or not ... we all know gym clothes are life 🤷♀️
