My core workout from today, still sticking to high weight, lower reps πŸ’…πŸΌπŸ™†πŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏻 . . Standard start to my workout with two CV (20 min interval sprintsπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ, 20 min upright bikeπŸš΄πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ) followed by my ab circuit and finished off with another two CV (20 min cross trainπŸ’¦, 15 min rowing machineπŸš£πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ) . . There's a random few sets of squats thrown in because, of course, you need to break your workout up. Try to avoid training the same muscle back to back because you will just fatigue so quickly and this will in turn affect your performance. I made that mistake yesterday with my arms and back! . . With my ab workouts I try to train obliques then transverse/rectus because there's nothing worse for me than the muscles around my midriff getting all tired out, I end up feeling so sick! 😷 Core workouts are so easy it's sort of like active rest πŸ˜‚πŸ˜… it's nice mid week to still workout but keeping it not-so-gruelling. . . Anyways, that's the workout of the day guys!
