Well all the germs have caught up to me and I am now sick as a dog🤦🏼♀️😷. But I really wanted to see the progress of week 1 of my “fit before the first” challenge. This progress comes after 5 days of consistent workouts and on point nutrition with some fun sprinkled in over the weekend. 😉
The scale moved by a couple lbs and the change isn’t huge but the biggest rule of thumb is over time all those small changes will amount to staggering results. I’m not sure what this week will hold since I’m battling this cold so I won’t be pushing myself to workout. But I’ll def keep working at my diet and nutrition so I don’t undo all the work from last week.
I do have a question. Does anyone else crave all the carbs in the world when their sick? It’s like for real the only thing I want 😂. This week will be a struggle of willpower for sure! 🙈
