"ONE PAN GARLIC HERB CHICKEN AND ASPARAGUS ~ 3-6 chicken thighs or boneless skinless chicken breasts (breasts pounded to even ½ inch thickness) salt and pepper, to taste 1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed 3 tablespoons butter, divided 1 tablespoon minced garlic ½ teaspoon dried basil (see note) ½ teaspoon dried oregano ½ teaspoon dried thyme ½ teaspoon onion powder salt and pepper, to taste fresh herbs for garnish (optional) Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large pan/skillet over meidum-high heat. Stir in garlic and herbs and cook another minute or so until the garlic is fragrant. Reduce heat to medium, add chicken to pan, and cook for 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook another 5-7 minutes. (Chicken should be nearly, but not completely cooked through by this point) Scoot the chicken over the sides and add remaining 1 tablespoon butter to the empty portion of the pan. Once the butter is melted, add asparagus. Season asparagus with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook, rotating throughout, for 4-6 minutes until tender and chicken is completely cooked through. Ich habe kein 90-60-90, trage nicht Größe 36 oder kleiner und bin nicht hardcore durchtrainiert. Ich habe Kraft, stemme bei Squats mein Körpergewicht + 45kg im Nacken, power mich beim Sport richtig aus, schaue mich danach im Spiegel an und finde mich schön. 💟💟 #teambodylove ich esse, was mir schmeckt. Von permanentem Low Carb, low fat oder weiß der Geier, halte ich nicht viel. Genau so wie übermäßiger Sport. #balanceisthekey Ich esse gesund und snack auch gerne mal Schoki. It's been a serious struggle this past month. Been off work due to tendonitis in my arm, basically can't do any of my normal workouts. Been pretty down about it because I really hate steady state cardio which is for the most part all I can do besides work legs on the machines. I'd love to run but it's out bc of chronic tendonitis in my foot, so basically I'm a mess and I've been full of excuses. Well no more. I'm not gonna sit around and get fat and lazy and undo all my progress. So I will do what I can and I will make it work. I'm not looking for gains here, just maintaining would make me happy. During my first year of university I tried to change my eating habits to lose weight but had less or no motivation at all. With the stresses of university I ate really bad and continued to struggle with my weight. My skin is absolutely horrific at the minute. I can only assume that stress is getting the better of me and that this is a rash because of it.
