I have completed this workout four years in a row and while I am ALWAYS one of the last people to finish, I personally improve every year.
This is the first time since training for this workout that I was able to complete the whole workout without a pull-up band. It was also the first time I was able to complete the entire workout in order without partitioning the sets.
I truly believe insanity workouts have prepared me for this workout more than any training I have done in the past. 200 strict push-ups in a row is NO JOKE but I do so many as an insanity instructor and using the workout at home that it didn't seem nearly as hard as years past!! Yes, I was still the last one to finish today but I am stronger and better than I was last year and that's what matters most. 👊🏻🙌🏻 Always set a goal for yourself and aim to be a stronger and better version of the person you were yesterday!❤️ #beastmode
