Happy Friday ✨.
I'm so excited because I'm finally starting to see and feel lots of progress after focusing intensely on my abs for the past month or so! Nothing feels better than breaking through that plateau 🙌🏼. Also new sports bra and leggings from @victoriasport

I've got a ton of new exercises I'm working on incorporating into my weekly fitness routines. A lot/most of them I learned from watching @whitneyysimmons
videos! So I'm not taking any credit just sharing what I've been liking to do, P.S. Follow her she's amazing.
I'm super excited to start posting starting next week some new exercises to help with: glute activation, glute/hamstring building, shoulder/arm definition, chest/triceps growing, and even a couple new ab workouts I've been trying! 😊💪🏼
