Completed my 6th Parkrun today at Sandgate. It was so beautiful running along the foreshore. Definitely, worth the drive.
Posting this because it's so relevant right now. You sometimes think "you're over something/someone" and then BAM. It hits you out of nowhere or something triggers the strongest of memories. But it's okay to take as long as you need to in order to heal. Physical pain heals way quicker than emotional pain and it's OKAY. Late August through December starts some of the hardest months for me emotionally because of so many things that have happened in my life and there's more reminders for this time than any of the others. It's still been a few years in the making, but my healing is steadily increasing. Maybe one day I'll finally heal completely. Tired of the negativity. Today someone made a comment "your ass is gone and look like you're walking like your sucking in your butt"<-(most retarded comment I heard today)... The people that didn't know me when I was 184lbs think I'm fat right now& tell me not to eat certain things, or see me eating and ask "what happened to the diet?" && The people that knew me then and see me now think I'm too skinny. I get comments all the time and sadly, most are negative... "you're eating nothing but lettuce" "you're starving yourself to lose weight " "you're gonna get sick" "your boyfriend doesn't let you eat" "you need to eat real food"..."What diet pills are you taking" "do you make yourself throw up after you eat" ...sadly, I used to care so much about what others say but not anymore . Those people don't know I eat plenty of food; that I wake up at 530am to start my day and don't go to bed until 11pm , meal prepping, working, and working out; I bust my ass and I am slowly making progress. Happy Friday ✨. . I'm so excited because I'm finally starting to see and feel lots of progress after focusing intensely on my abs for the past month or so! Nothing feels better than breaking through that plateau πŸ™ŒπŸΌ. Also new sports bra and leggings from @victoriasport finally arrived 😍 . I've got a ton of new exercises I'm working on incorporating into my weekly fitness routines. A lot/most of them I learned from watching @whitneyysimmons videos! So I'm not taking any credit just sharing what I've been liking to do, P.S. Follow her she's amazing. . I'm super excited to start posting starting next week some new exercises to help with: glute activation, glute/hamstring building, shoulder/arm definition, chest/triceps growing, and even a couple new ab workouts I've been trying! 😊πŸ’ͺ🏼
