week 1 legs was a workout I didn't think I'd be able to get it. It was one of those days where time kept getting away from me and next thing it was 8pm and I was faced with the choice of going to the gym or going home. Well, I made it to the gym and smashed out #bbglegs!
I ended up doing the leg press as a superset and then doing the other three moves as the circuit. Made it through each circuit twice and used a 40lb barbell for the squats for an added bit of work. Looking forward to full body tomorrow!
