for the win💪🏼. Sometimes I doubt the progress I've made [we allllll do this], but this was a much needed reminder of how far I've come since the beginning of the year.
What you should know is that when I took this first picture I was was working out almost everyday, and I was eating a healthy diet. Little did I know, I wasn't eating the right food for my body AT ALL, I mean clearly.....I also was going to gym and doing god knows what (I had no idea or PLAN whatsoever🤷🏼♀️).
Thank goodness I found my niche, because I DESPERATELY needed some guidance and direction in what I was doing wrong and how to change it. I found workouts that worked for me, and they guide me through every step of the way. I also get meal plans and containers that help me with my portions (which were a rather significant issue for me in the past). If ya'll don't believe in the system, I hope this helps change your mindset about it. I was literally working out for well over am hour EVERYDAY, counting calories, and buying only "healthy" options🤣 I now workout for half the time, eat REAL foods, DON'T count calories, and DAMN I feel amazing😎. The system works, I put in some seriously hard work to get where I am, but I followed the system to a T, and got the results I wanted💪🏼
