4 tablespoons of oats
2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
4 tablespoons of almonds
2 teaspoons coconut oil
5 dates (soak for 10 mins in hot water if hard) pitted
1 dried fig
1 level tablespoon cacao powder
2 tablespoons water
Add all your ingredients - except the water - - to your food processor and blend until you have a crumbly mixture. Add in your water one tablespoon at a time until the mixture comes together into a dough. Press into your tart tin and pop into freezer for 1 hour to harden up.
Serve with cashew yoghurt / coconut cream / plain fruit or just a huge drizzle of melted chocolate 😍
