Happy Sunday guys! Today I’m meal prepping for the week. This is 70% of your results. If you can control what you eat then you’ve got this in the bag. It took me less than two hours to make my cauliflower fried rice, chicken, pasta made from chickpeas, teriyaki mushrooms and some other fun meals.
I promise you guys, I am not one to cook. I’m just as lazy as the next guy. 💁🏻
📝Some quick and easy tips to meal prep are: ❤️•Buy frozen cauliflower rice and just throw in whatever other Veggies, protein, and soy sauce. Wait 4 min and voila! ..............
•Buy snacks to keep you from munching on unhealthy stuff like almond butter packets that come with pretzels, single serving veggie chips, or those on the go packs that bring cheese and nuts.............💪🏻 •I tend to make a shit tone of grains like the cauliflower rice or pasta that take less than 10 min. This way I throw in whatever protein and have a different meal everyday..............................🌱•Last but not least, they are your best friend those salad packs from Publix or windixie. You can eat them as is or again throw in whatever protein you have and enjoy! •
