My tip for today-> DON'T rely on the scale only
Muscle is your best friend when you're trying to lose fat because it drives your metabolism, supports insulin sensitivity and improves overall hormone balance 👌🏼
Therefore you don't want to lose weight but sustain muscle mass and lose fat 😊 The only way you measure this accurately is with a skinfold or a fancier test like a DEXA scan.
The scale (or handheld electrical body fat devices) are useless.
Don't be disappointed when the scale went up! Making pictures is often a good way (just make sure you make them at the same day at the same time ⏱)
