Haven't trained abs nor do I prioritise it during my bulk. For me I hit plenty of compounds like bench press and Shoulder preses in the week which indirectly works my abs anyway. Training abs after a workout always helps though as you make them stronger and your compound lifts may also benefit from it. Just uploaded a new video to my YouTube channel "what to do after a binge" As somebody who once suffered with binge eating disorder, I would find myself constantly stuck in this cycle of bingeing/restricting/bingeing/restricting. It took over my life for many years and was an awful cycle to be stuck in. I wanted to share my tips on what to do after an episode of bingeing. Whether you suffer from binge eating disorder or are just feeling bloated and guilty after a pug out. These tips are to help you both in the short term to help your body recover from the binge and in the long term to have a healthier mental approach towards the situation. I really hope that it can help somebody out there.
