1 YEAR TRANSFORMATION ⏮⏮ -Yesterday I was feeling a little bit like I wasn't working hard enough because I haven't seen much progress lately(giving myself an excuse like finals week etc was giving me an excuse to feel lazy with my workouts). I stumbled across pictures from just one year ago and I kind of stepped back. If there's anything I want you to take from this message it's that 1. Growth takes time! And this is also subjective bc everyone is different(nutrition habits, training, work ethic) 2. ALWAYS take pictures, even if you don't think you look good (or maybe you think you do, like I did LMAO) just take them because if you are working hard, in some amount of time you WILL see progress. I never hated my body and tbh I genuinely thought I had an athletic physique before haha but then I actually got myself in line 3. We see ourselves every day guys so when you're looking in the mirror so often you don't always realize the small amounts you are chipping away at that ultimately add up to the big picture. But when you jump back in time, you see that dang there is a difference. Don't be so hard on yourself. I tend to do this a lot and for most people, yourself if your biggest critic. Allow yourself to compare YOU to YOU from past to present.
Also, keep in mind that in the pictures from a year ago, I wasn't focused on nutrition. I went to the gym because I loved working out. I researched on my own and found information that helped me create the physique I have today. I hope you realize how important nutrition is to the bigger picture!!!! Happy Friday y'all! Enjoy this #transformationtuesday
on a Friday 😘
