Our brutal legday with my #legday
We began with giant sets of Reverse Box Lunges, straight into Box Squats, Walking Lunges holding 2-45lb plates, then right into Reverse Walking Lunges with 2-45lb plates, finishing with Double Dumbbell Squats. 4x12-15, Then we went into a Tri-Set of Glute Squats holding 35lb plate, Leg Extensions, and outside Stair Sprints. Final set a sprint around the gym complex.. AWESOME! Thanks you to my partner Crystal who keeps my creative juices flowing for our workouts and keeps me on my toes while I keep her in hers..
