A little different #transformationtuesday.
😉 My fitness journey has been ongoing for years. I'm learning that my body is always changing. I'm not always going to look lean. I'm not always going to be in my best shape. Life happens. I'm human. And food..is life.😂😂 But really..😜.It took me a realllly long time to realize this. I was always critiquing myself on where I could improve(I still do this to an extent, but I have more patience with the process.) I realized that having a 6 pack IS possible, but it shouldn't be my only focus in life.😂 Instead of focusing on what I want to improve, I've shifted gears and focused on my small victories over the years:
❤️ I am the strongest I've ever been in my upper body and can knock out push ups like it's nobody's business.😜
❤️I appreciate where I am in the process of my fitness journey.
❤️I've focused more on "doing my best" than perfectionist goals.
With all that being said, I am definitely #sweatingforthewedding,
but at the same time, I'm enjoying this celebratory time and life in general. I'm doing dinners with friends and family, traveling to different places for work and play, enjoying date nights, and eating the occasional cookie or cake.😉 Life is all about the balance friends. Don't beat yourself up if you aren't where you want to be. Just enjoy the process, love yourself AT every stage, and never give up.💪💪
