Spring Onion ••••• For the sauce:
A splash of rice white vinegar ••••• Fry chilli & garlic in a hot wok for a couple of mins, sling all your veg in, along with the rest of the sauce ingredients, stir fry until tender. Pan fry the wild halibut for three minutes on each side. Serve up & enjoy!
