After a week off resting my nervous system #fatigue,
it was good to get back and pump out a good workout. It's amazing the benefits rest has. I used the same weights I had used a week ago before my rest. A week ago, I found them challenging. Tonight they were light and I actually added more 💪. #progress
To keep an eye on my nervous system, I have downloaded a tap test app again. Any less than 55 taps in 10 sec and I need to rest my nervous system.
I also noticed the the entire time I was training, I never once complained about my neck/back pain. All Day they were giving me grief, but not at the gym 🙌
It's good to be back focusing on #projectfeelgood.
I might get knock down from time to time, but nothing will keep me down for long. While I am alive and kicking, NOTHING WILL STOP ME!! #nevergiveup
