Gluten Free Day 2 is in the bag & now I have to share something about JESUS 💜For many months I have been trying to wake up early to have personal time to pray & study the scriptures. I have known that this is something Heavenly Father really wants me to do, but no matter how hard I have tried, I have not been able too because #hashimotos
does like me to wake up until 10. I have also know for many, many years that I have needed to go gluten free, but have refused. This morning I woke up at 4:30am & was unable to go back to sleep. I felt a prompting to go on a walk & to pray & read scriptures. I found this little spot near the lds temple in my neighborhood and had TWO hours of alone time with my Savior AND I got to see the SUNRISE. Today the Lord has shown me that when I trust Him & act on His promptings He will bless me. Going gluten free is something I know I HAVE to do if I want my body & mind to function properly so that I can serve others & serve Lord. Today I got a tiny dose of what lies ahead & just in time for Day 3 which is usually when people have their first cheat. I'm not going to do it! I'm going to conquer this day.
