I know it’s not transformation Tuesday or whatever but I thought il do another post because a lot of people have been messaging saying how long did it take... well like I said wen I 1st started training I never had a clue and was on and off for many years.. I had no idea about nutrition or how to diet... the left pic is about 8 years ago... it’s taken me a long time but be patient as results don’t come overnight... you have to figure out what works for you In terms of diet and training.... my body is not the same as yours so what works for me may not work for you... but mix your training sessions with heavy weights and light to moderate weight for Intensity (high reps or supersets)... and eat 5-6 clean meals spaced throughout the day (protein/carbs and fats) and be patient!!
