One way to nourish your body is by exiting the dieting cycle and practicing something different. I hate diets. They really suck. Instead of dieting and restricting what you eat, try to eat mindfully. When you allow yourself to eat anything (yes, actually anything) and really focus on how you're feeling & your experiences while eating you're able to enjoy the flavors and sensations of eating which in turn helps you feel satisfied with what you're eating. .
