This one was kind of cool. It was another experiment inspired by @stevethebartender
and his Galliano sour.
I noticed my Galliano it's only 30% while some others are over 40%. Thus, I felt like it needed a kick up in alcohol content.
I went for a brandy and Galliano sour, and enjoyed the result. It carried nice vanilla notes and a hint of cherry tartness.
Brandy Galliano Sour
¾oz lemon juice
¼oz barrel-aged maple syrup
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
1 egg white
