vegan recipe using chickpea water instead of egg whites.
When I mentioned this recipe to a girlfriend yesterday and told her the chickpea water foams just like egg whites, she looked seriously unimpressed and responded with, "My washing machine's got some soapy water sitting in it. Would you like to try that next?" ....😐😐😐 You might be right on this one though, lady. It doesn't have that lovely sugary meringue smell, more of a hummus tang.
Anyway. An hour and a bit of oven time will tell. Tick tock...
