This is a PR for sumo deadlift 500 lbs for 4 reps and I don’t even want to hear that sumo is considering cheating. If there is nothing in the rule book about sumo being a cheat technique then it is allowed. Honestly the people that say sumo is considered cheating need to learn how to adapt or consider trying to incorporate a lift that can actually make them stronger overall. Squatting the other day nothing impressive first video is 458 lbs and second video is my last set at 465 lbs for 3 reps. I am just trying to work on my squat technique and fixing my body with all the kinks. I was happy with this squat session this was how my original squat before I tore my left lateral Mencius. It has been a journey to fix a good amount of my body tightness and mechanics post surgery 3 years. 💪🏻Want Bigger Shoulders? Try the scrape the rack press 💪🏻 . 👊I’m a huge fan of overhead pressing and it gets a lot of bad talk because a lot of people aren’t prepared to go directly overhead. But if you want to build strong solid shoulders you will need to go overhead. . . 👍The scrape the rack Press is great because it causes less irritation than a traditional military press and you can get a great shoulder pump. . 🔑Get setup in a rack and push forward on the rack as you press up. Try not to get a crazy arch in your lower back by squeezing your 🍑 tight. Give it a go for sets of 8-13 reps.

💪🏻As someone who spent 10 years as a Marine I’ve always been great at pulling and pushing overhead. Out in front however has always been a struggle. . This exercise is a chest Supported DB Row and is great for posture and developing pulling strength . It’s also something I’ve been working hard on and a great exercise to keep those shoulders healthy. . The 🔑 to this move is to maintain an upright posture and not to let the DB’s pull you forward. Let the weight drop straight down front rather than out in front. Try 3 sets of 8-12 reps .
