It's a good day to have a Good Day!😊 Today is gonna be Great because I say so!😤😌 You control your day. No one else.
I Always start my day with Meditation🙏 & then either training at the gym🏋️♀️or Walking outside! It has become a habit to me. And now I cannot go a day without it!
How I have Create this was by doing it CONSISTENLY Every Single Day!
Training I have done now since January 2015! And meditation since October 2016(not as long).
It takes TIME guys!
It takes Effort, Discipline, Hard Work!
That's the Truth!
We humans think we don't need to Work Hard to get what we want. That there's an "Easy" way to get anywere.
People are to lasy. But we are not born to be lasy.
Why do you think we have legs? It is to walk them!
Why do we have arms? Because we can use them?
Think about that!🤔 We CAN do A LOT of things because we have our legs & arms! So why do we not use them MORE!
And also there are people that don't have those things and they would do anything to have what you have right now!
So QUIT making excuses for those things and go and use them MORE!👊 Since I sarted training I have realised that it is a blessing to do it! I LOVE what my body can do and I don't take it for granted anymore! And neither should YOU!
