I know Monday's tend to be almost everyone's worst (or let's say most hectic) day of the week. However dreading Monday mornings from the night before won't get you anywhere! First of all it ruins your Sunday evening & second, it starts off your week with negativity & lack of motivation. So how can we fall in love with Mondays? 🤗 .
1) Wake up every day, count your blessings & be thankful that you're healthy enough, lucky enough, to see a new day, everyday 🙏🏻 2) See Monday's hectic schedules & to-do's as opportunities rather than problems. I guarantee you that getting things done will always make you feel better! The work is the same either way, but our attitudes are always within our control 📝 3) Take a time out! Just because it's Monday, doesn't mean you have to drain yourself dry. During a frantic day, it's essential that we stop & breathe. Always find the time to do something for yourself 💆🏼 .
