One week complete! Now the goal is another 7 days. The weekend was tough. Went to #thekegsteakhouse
for a birthday dinner. I was so tempted to have the bread and double baked potato but my will power kicked in and I had the mixed salad and a new york striploin (Chicago style!) with veggies. Yesterday I went for a long bike ride with my family and now my quads are struggling but I feel great! I decided to do 'weigh-in Wednesdays ' to check my progress. Every morning I start the day with 2 glasses of lemon water, very refreshing and great for your body!
