BIG step in the right direction for me, would have NEVER eaten such a meal a couple months ago. i was the one who actually wanted and asked to go out for brunch!
today’s breakfast was 2 slices of ezekiel bread with avocado plus a larabar!! ezekiel bread is actually soo good and i love the taste of it, not because it’s marketed as a “healthier” bread.
headed to gym right now and im pretty excited to workout. i hope my exercise during gym class isn’t affecting my recovery but i secretly love that im working out still.
im really trying hard to change my unhealthy mindset for the upcoming holidays. I DO NOT NEED TO “STAY SKINNY” TO MEET FAMILY MEMBERS. THE FASTER YOU RECOVER, THE FASTER YOU CAN GET BACK TO YOUR LIFE.
i just wish that could get into my head, but here i am.. counting calories.
it doesn’t help that the new year is right around the corner and i keep telling myself that i can restrict and follow my unhealthy habits until the end of the year. then i can start “fresh” and commit to recover fully.
