Alrighty!! Here are my officially results from the 21 Day Strength and Agility Program I completed on Saturday! I have definitely slimmed down in my waist, my legs and my arms! Not to mention, I just feel so healthy and energetic! My cardio ability is better than I can ever remember it being and that is a damn good feeling! I did a 13 mile hike on Sunday and I didn't even get winded once! What?! .
