💥LEARN THIS HANDSTAND DRILL AND MORE!!💥
1. Put your fingertips to the wall and stack your shoulders, spine, and hips against the wall to practice feeling the correct shape of a handstand while all muscles are engaged. Keep feet on the box if you are uncomfortable being upside down, or need extra stability.
2. Move your hands away from the wall (try using plates to support your wrists and focus on engaging your fingertips) and try stacking your shoulders, spine, and hips without the assistance of a wall.
3. Use the plates to support your wrists. Focus on holding the "stacked" shape. Try lifting one leg at a time into the full handstand position. Don't forget that the wall and box are still in a close proximity if you feel like you are losing your balance 😊 GOOD LUCK!!
