How I handle stress😫 Im going to be 100% honest, I have a hard time handling stress. In the moment, it's really hard to realize you need to take a step back and breathe. I am a work in progress just like anyone else! Moving, quitting my job to peruse coaching full time, launching my first 8 week challenge, creating free content and keeping up with my workouts and nutrition has been HARD! Stress = Cortisol. Cortisol is the stress hormone that can wreak HAVOC in your body. Your metabolism slows down, you stop burning fat, your face breaks out and you just want to throw your arms up and quit! . Today is a new day and I'm going to fight this Cortisol head on! I started my day with mediation (the calm app) and read my positive affirmations. I took time to journal and get my thoughts and schedule down on paper and I feel so much more organized. . Don't let stress be another reason why you don't hit your goals. We can control our actions and fight stress head on! Taking a deep breath and being in control has me feeling so much better! 🤔What do you do to keep stress levels under control? I would love to learn from you guys and maybe find new things to do when I'm feeling anxious!
