30g Carbs🍌 vs. 16g Carbs🍞 If someone said "Carbohydrates", one may instantly think bread. Surprisingly, as this picture shows, a piece of fruit can have more carbs than a slice of bread..🍏🥐 "When people cut carbs they often restrict bread but continue to eat 🍉🍇🍏. FRUITS ARE CARBS and there is nothing wrong with that. A lot of fruit actually contains more carbs than foods deemed "bad" 🚫 like bread. I'm not saying to cut out fruit and bread, carbs are essential. Fruits contain a ton of nutrients, vitamins and have a lot of benefits! BUT, it is beneficial to know what's what ☝so you can make informed choices based on your dietary preferences and goals. I personally include both whole grain sprouted bread and fruit in my diet because it works for me. Bananas 🍌 are a great preworkout!"
Il melone è considerato un frutto molto gustoso, mediamente saziante e abbastanza dissetante, grazie all’alto contenuto di acqua. Per questo motivo aiuta anche a prevenire la disidratazione. Un vasetto di yogurt magro abbinato ad una fetta di melone tagliato a pezzettini è un ottimo spuntino per chi sta osservando una dieta; leggermente lassativo, è rinfrescante ed è inoltre adatto a chi soffre d’anemia essendo ricco di ferro. Ha anche proprietà rinfrescanti, diuretiche, depurative e lassative ed è indicato in caso di stipsi e/o emorroidi e di dolori reumatici. La presenza di calcio, fosforo, magnesio e potassio rende il melone un ottimo integratore naturale contro il caldo: ne basta una fetta per migliorare e riattivare l’intestino pigro (quando “soffre” eccessivamente le alte temperature) ed ottenere un effetto anti gonfiore. Quindi le sue proprietà disinfiammanti, diuretiche e fluidificanti per il sangue sono molto efficaci per la rigenerazione delle cellule.
