☝️Repost - I posted this earlier but after countless people commented & said they didn't have Kroger near them to get the Carbmaster brand I wanted to show another great low cal yogurt option - The Dannon Light & Fit is also super macro-friendly 👏
‼️The Oikos Strawberry certainly isn't a bad option, in fact none of the higher cal foods I show are bad options. 😋 I am simply trying to give you guys some different food ideas to help you save some cals here and there. Sometimes, I will opt for the higher cal option in favor of better flavor and sometimes I'm just as satisfied with more macro-friendly options & thus save more macros to allot to other foods throughout the day.
For me its about creating a balance in my diet ⚖️ that satisfies my health needs through nutrient dense foods, my psychological needs through the inclusion of my favorite foods, and my macro needs by keeping my total daily caloric & macro intake in line with my goals! ✅ Does that make sense?
