Pasta façon paysanne ce soir saucisse fumée, bacon,champignons de Paris ,crème C’est mon réconfort de la journée 😔 j’enchaîne depuis plusieurs semaines des journées interminables, je n’arrive pas à faire baisser les piles de travail, recevoir des quantités de mails juste hallucinantes 😳 non non je ne suis pas en copie mais bien destinataire avec du travail au bout. En pleine réflexion sur quoi faire , comment faire ⁉️Le moral est vraiment en baisse 😰heureusement je suis bientôt en vacances ☺️

It starts with a handful of grapes, moves to a few nuts, and the next thing you know, you’re nose diving into a bag of cookies. . 👎🏼 You go to bed frustrated and sick, feeling powerless at sabotaging yourself again. BUT, there is help!💡 . 📍Following these step will take A LOT of practice and patience, but if you follow them not only will you stop eating emotionally, but you'll also learn to start enjoying your food in a much healthier way. . 1️⃣ Emotional eating provides a mental escape from discomfort, a small sense of pleasure when you’re wanting to avoid feeling something. Overeating has a way of numbing our pain and distracting us from the real issue. . 📍The solution is to stay present with yourself when your emotions go downhill and invite them them to hang around so you can feel them. It's okay to feel sad, stressed, scared, bored, etc. Welcome ALL emotions with kindness and curiosity. . 2️⃣ Find ways to make life more enjoyable. Read books, take walks, get manicures. Find other ways to experience happiness, outside of eating. If you're mid-binge, enjoy it. Pay attention to every bite. The more focused you are on how good it tastes and feels, the harder it is to continue abusing your body. Many times emotional eating is our body’s way at reaching for pleasure. . 3️⃣ For those who emotionally eat, food is used as an escape — rarely to satisfy hunger, which only makes them want to eat more later. When you only eat when you're hungry, you'll be less inclined to binge. . 4️⃣ Discover your triggers and plan ahead. If you know you eat when you’re lonely, plan to call a friend or walk the dog instead. Emotional eating is often your body’s reaction to feeling deprived, so create ways satisfy yourself before things get out of control. I took a suitable macro-nutrient intake for an adult male and added in a "traffic light system" based on % of Daily value. e.g. if something was light green it would contain no more than 10% of your daily intake for that nutrient. Who wants a bagel without all the guilt and pounds? 🍩⚖️ Cauliflower Bagels Makes 12 bagels For one bagel 2 vegetables 2 1/3 condiments Ingredients: 3 pounds cauliflower ¼ cup / 20g almond meal ¼ cup / 20g nutritional yeast 1 ½ tsp. fine sea salt ½ tsp. garlic powder 2 large eggs 1 Tbsp. dried onions or sesame seeds 1 Tbsp. psyllium husk (optional, will make the buns drier) Directions: 1. Wash and chop cauliflower into chunks. Place in a food processor and blend until as fine as possible (you may need to do this in several batches as the cauliflower won’t process if the machine is too full). Transfer cauliflower to a large mixing bowl. Add the almond meal, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder and psyllium husk, if using. Stir very well to combine. 2. Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C. 3. Whisk eggs together in a separate bowl. Add the eggs to the cauliflower mixture and stir until the “dough” is moist and will hold together. 4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Taking baseball-sized amounts of dough, squeeze them into a rough ball shape, then drop them from about 1 foot (30cm) onto the baking sheet (this helps to compact them). To make bagels, simply use your finger to poke a hole in the center and shape the rest with your hands. Sprinkle the tops with the dried onion or sesame seeds and place in the oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the buns are golden brown around the edges. Bueno, por fin consigo 5 minutos para poder actualizar, pero es que se me hace difícil entre todas las cosas y cuando estoy con mi hijo, intento que me vea lo mínimo posible con el teléfono en mano, pues no deseo que mi hijo tenga esa imagen grabada de mi, a si que intento usarlo a escondidas 😂 o cuando está durmiendo 😴, ahora mismo yo estoy en la cocina haciendo la cena y el esta en el salón con su sesión de dibujos, en fin me enrollo con mi vida y dejo lo esencial, el desayuno no me dio tiempo a hacer foto, pero me tome un ✅café con leche ☕ + ✅mini barrita de pan 🍞 integral 100% casera (50g) + ✅ medio tomate 🍅 + ✅ 2 lonchas de queso semicurado.
