Three years ago I was under control of my social anxieties, my food addiction, my obesity, and my depression. I barely left the house, didn’t dress up, could barely get myself to even shower some days.
Today I am a totally different person. After taking 3 years worth of small steps to work on my self love and health, I am now beating my food addiction. And as for social anxiety? Well, yesterday I was able to do a TV show segment to help inspire someone else starting their journey, and I was able to stand proudly in front of a camera and smile with confidence for the @hungricampaign.
It’s not about making huge changes all at once, it’s about making small changes day by day and sticking to your goals, whatever those goals may be. And as always, making sure to love yourself along the way.
