So, these days I am trying really hard to #run
as mich as possible and I am not gonna lie to you-it has been rough. I am outta shape, with barely any time, emotionally and physically strained. Still, I get it. All the fuss and excitement, all the people doing it. It helps a lot. Clearing my mind in this pure survival mode. I did not want to join any groups, bit it is so #awesome
that there are so many here in #Belgrade #belgraderunningclub #belgraderunning #belgraderunners
you go ppl!
But there I was, just trying not to die at the spot, walking when this cutie approached me. Straight at me. From nowhere. Came up to me and just sat. So, break time (poor me, right) and a few cuddles. This is now a tradition. At least once a week some dog starts following me or comes up to me. I will take it as a sign and keep going.
I am doing this for me, my health and so that I can take whatever comes my way.
I am also kinda back to my #diet
from a few years ago while I was fighting with an illness which is generally not so dangerous but left untreated can become terminal. Few years ago I was so determined I lost almost 20kg, before I started eating at least normally. I wasn't anorexic or anything, but it took me almost 2 years to get better.
Now, being under a lot of stress, I am afraid it might come back so I am taking preamptive measures.
You have to put yourself first. Only when you are OK-everything else is Ok too.
So don't laugh if I run slow or stop every 100,200m.
We all run at our own pace.
Just get to #whereyouwanttobe
Just be sure you know where it is.
For me it is always around some #cute #animals
like this adorable #dog
Take care! ❤️
