If your gym has this machine give it a try! It's called the vertical leg press and is predominantly for the hamstrings putting a ton of constant tension onto them!
I performed 4 sets of 20 with this exercise for my hamstring dominant leg day:
Controlled negative->explosive positive
Don't lock the knees and keep tension on the hamstrings!
The only downside... Getting up and out of the machine after a set of 15-20 is quite difficult 😂
