STRETCHING THE CALF ERROR:
How many of you stretch your calves?
Did you know there are two muscles in your calves?
The Gastrocnemius and The Soleus.
When stretching your calf you want to make sure you don’t fall into a pronation of your foot (collapsed arch)❌
This can internally rotate the hip and impinge the ankle ❌
Instead, think of keeping a strong arch and keeping your hip, knee and ankle aligned (or stacked) ✅
