Does anyone out there love coconut just as much as I do? I remember as a child, when my grandmother used to make her infamous german chocolate cake 🎂, I was definitely one of the few that would go back for an extra slice 🙊 .. or 2!
So for my flight today, I made a batch of these blonde truffles by @
, which are pure coconut heaven! SO good!! You just whip them up --> pop them in the freezer for a couple hours, and they're ready to eat.
Deets 👇🏽 Blonde Truffles
2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
2/3 cup ground raw almonds
2 tbsp maple syrup (I used coconut nectar)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
Just place all of the ingredients in a food processor, blend, form into medium sized balls, freeze for about 2 hours and enjoy!🙌🏽
