I'm kind of obsessed with having burrito's for dinner at the moment. This one is a bit untraditional in the fact that it is essentially a tofu scramble burrito! The tofu was super fresh and it straight up tasted the best 😛 Hummus wrap + 1 @wattiesnewzealand tri-brown + 110g mushroom + 138g tofu + 17g avocado + two handfuls of salad greens = 391 calories (20.1g protein, 36.9g carbs, 18.1g fat, 0.1g sugar) Seasoned with soy sauce, ground paprika and garlic herb and salt. Yummy scrummy!

Lemon and herb poached chicken. Clean, quick and tasty *1 chicken breast 200g *1 to 1 and 1/2cup of cold water *Juice of 1 lemon *1Tbs mixed herb blend (I use masterfoods) *Fresh cracked pepper Throw everything except for the chicken into a sauce pan. Bring to boil and add chicken cooking for 15 minutes or so. Serve with your fave veggies and or dressing and you're good to go.
