Применять их на практике или нет, решать вам. ✔Принцип иррадиации Понятие иррадиации применяется в медицине, оптике и физиологии. Нас интересует физиология. В физиологии иррадиацией является свойство нервного процесса распространяться из точки возникновения в другие нервные точки. Не очень понятно? Если просто, то, например, сжал кулак насколько возможно сильно, а напряжение распространилось дальше по предплечью. Другими словами, вы активизируете мышцу в одном месте, и полученное напряжение распространяется на остальные мышцы. Таким образом, можно раскрыть больший мышечный потенциал. 🔼Пример: Вы хотите поднять больший вес в жиме, но вы топчитесь на одном месте. Попробуйте во время жима штанги лежа напрячь нижнюю часть тела (ноги и ягодицы). Ногами максимально упирайтесь в пол и насколько возможно напрягите ягодичные мышцы. Таким образом, можно увеличить силу и результативность жима лежа, а также раскрыть собственный потенциал. Аналогичный принцип применим ко многим другим упражнениям, например, к подъему штанги на бицепс (поднимаете штангу и одновременно напрягаете ноги и ягодицы). Сразу раскрыть мышечные возможности получится не у всех, поскольку придется привыкать к новым ощущениям. Creating and maintaining Lat activation is #1 and is so ridiculously important in protecting your shoulders and activating the Lats results in a stronger pull instead of initiating the pull with your arms. Also maintaining a tight hollow body position is essential for building pull-up strength and increasing the number of reps you can do. The hollow body position is the foundation to all gymnastic movements and creates tension throughout the entire body acting almost like a spring to assist in the pull.
