This bodyweight exercise forces your core to stabilize, much like a plank, while you load your Triceps. Some tips:
✔Keep your body rigid like a plank.
✔Keep your elbows pointing straight forward as you lower your body.
✔Squeeze your triceps (back of your arms) HARD at lockout. ✔Start out more upright, and adjust your body lower and deeper into the stretch as you get comfortable. ❎Don't let your body reach the "point of no return", aka when you either let your back sag or you face plant.😅
⚠This exercise is harder than it looks, and is liable to leave your triceps sore for days! Buyer beware 😉
