🔹 Ленивые голубцы без капли жира 🔹 🔸 На 100 грамм - 90.65 ккал 🔸 белки - 9.84 🔸 жиры - 2.25 🔸 углеводы - 8.11 🔸 🔹 Ингредиенты: 350 г. фарша из куриной грудки (1 большая) Пятая часть среднего кочана капусты (130 г.) треть стакана риса (70 г.) 1 яйцо 100 г. 15% сметаны 300 г. консервированных томатов в собственном соку Полпучка укропа Полпучка петрушки 🔹 Приготовление: 1. Рис выложите в кастрюлю, залейте водой так чтобы она покрывала его на 1.5 см. Варите, пока рис не впитает воду. 2. Прокрутите через мясорубку филе куриной грудки. 3. Капусту мелко нарежьте. 4. Хорошо смешайте в миске фарш, капусту, рис, яйцо. Потом посолите. 5. Слепите из получившегося фарша небольшие круглые котлетки и выложите их в сковороду с высокими бортиками. 6. Для соуса смешайте в блендере 300г. томатов в собственном соку и 100 г. сметаны. Затем добавьте мелко нарезанную зелень и посолите. 7. Заправьте томатным соусом голубцы, накройте сковороду крышкой и тушите 30 минут. Workout. Eat right. Stay dedicated and be consistent! These last 2 are usually the hardest! U can't do the first 2 only when u feel like it if you want results! . It wasn't always easy to workout every day. It wasn't easy at all and most days I didn't want to at all! It still isn't a year and a half later! BUT I wanted a CHANGE! I already knew what would happen if I quit! I wanted to see the results so I could see what would happen if I kept going. I never kept up with anything before so I never had the chance to see what would happen if I DIDN'T QUIT! . THEEEE ONE ☝🏻 thing that kept me going is because I decided to become a coach for the accountability! Having people count on me has kept me going! It's also given me the opportunity to help provide an income for my family JUST by sharing my health and fitness journey! I never thought I could be an inspiration to so many other mamas out there but I LOVE that I am❤️ I never thought I could make $ while getting in the best shape of my life! Seems like such a no brainer! I've met so many inspiring people, made some great friendships and have been able to travel while being a part of a top 10 team!! . Network marketing might be an unconventional job, but what is the "normal" job anyways? Is it working 9-5? Is it working a 24/48 like my husband? Is it working at a salon 3 days a week for 12 hours each day? Is it working overnights as a nurse? 🤔 Since there is no right or wrong way to work, why is THIS so taboo?! I really believe it's the way of the future since everyone is on their phones 24/7 for everything and online shopping anyways! . I still can't believe this WAS ME!!! The one thing I can recognize is my smile in ALL my old pics! I was smiling but inside I was dreading having my picture taken bc I didn't want to actually SEE how I was really feeling.
