When you weren't feeling the workout at all, then you absolutely smash it 💪🏾 - I have now upped my calories to maintenance calories with the view to increasing them week by week. This means I need to train even harder and utilise the extra energy to improve both my CV fitness & strength. Yesterday I wasn't feeling a session at all, but made myself go and smashed out a brutal outdoor HIIT session involving 250m sprints, 100m sprints & 1k runs. - However, I don't agree with the saying 'any workout is a good workout'. If you are literally just dragging yourself to the gym for the sake of going to the gym, what's the point? You won't be putting the effort in, you won't be challenging your body to change or improve. - Set yourself a goal, and put 100% into it. Then you can reward yourself with dominos 💪🏾🍕🍕.
