A few of my favorite light weight booty workouts💪🏼 . 1. Jump squat 2. Cowboy Walks using a resistance band 3. Bulgarian Split Squat . While I do focus most of my time and energy in the gym on heavy weight training,(Especially when it comes to my lower body) I still try to integrate little circuits and fast paced exercises using lighter weights. I usually save this for the end of my workout once my muscles are already super sore and tired so i can get my Heart rate up as much as possible and still get a pretty good sweat in without having to do any real cardio.😇 being someone who focused on mainly cardio for years, this is how I maintain my endurance and keep that silly little voice in my head quiet when she tries to tell me I must’ve not worked hard enough if I’m not drenched.🙄😂 .
