Fimbulvinter is emptied into BT2 and has started the carbonation process. If you don’t know, this beer is somewhere between 12-13% and we’ll know final readings next week.
It’s a Scandinavian Winter Warmer, aged for 3 months in Abraham Smith Bowman Barrels. We’re doing 2 variations, straight up out of the barrel and FIGGY Pudding where we added brandied plums, figs, dates, cherries and whole figgy puddings to the soak.
