Lesson 1 - Chest, the most important muscle group of a bodybuilder.
Types of chest is varied and defined by different types of factors, factors including, exercise, form, weights and reps. Everyone has different type of dream chest they want to achieve but don't know how. And so they believe what others says, "oh, it's your genes". But that's complete bullshit. Train for what you want.
The picture shows 3 different types of chest. The difference is at the position of the nipple, the spacing of the nipple is to the lower chest.
It's pretty obvious when Athletes raise their arm, you can see the muscle mass at the chest.
1. Jeff - Athletes with chest like this uses mostly the shoulders to perform bench press, this form isolates the lower chest, putting all the work on the shoulder, upper and mid chest. It can be seen while performing bench press that the athlete has his elbow pointing outwards. As a result, there's not much muscle mass at the outer chest when arm is lifted.
2. Ulysses - Athletes with chest like Ulysses has a good balance in form of using the lower chest and shoulder.
3. Simeon - Athletes with chest like this uses mostly the chest to perform bench press, this form isolates the shoulders and the lats is normally engaged. The elbow is inwards during movement. Chest like this has a more curved lower definition.
