Guten Morgen #fitfam 😊 Endlich ein freier Tag 😍 und wie starte ich diesen am liebsten? Genau, mit Training 😌☝🏼 Heute war bei mir #chestday an der Reihe 🏋🏽. Es war ein richtig gutes Training 💪🏽 die Dips mit 20kg Zusatzgewicht klappen jetzt auch 😁 Ich bin aktuell irgendwie in einem Konflikt 😏 ich finde meine Form aktuell gut und bin sehr zufrieden mit mir. Allerdings weiß ich, dass da auch noch mehr geht 🙄 und das macht mich stutzig bzgl meiner Entscheidung in den Aufbau zu gehen. Jedes Mal dasselbe 😅 die Angst dann wieder Fettaufbau in Kauf zu nehmen. Ist aber an sich nichts schlimmes. Man kann keine 365 Tage im Jahr mit einem extrem niedrigen kfa rum laufen. Man muss dem Körper auch mal eine Pause geben oder was meint ihr? Meine Überlegung war einfach mal auf Erhalt zu gehen bzgl der Kalorien. Man muss ja nicht direkt von einem Extrem ins nächste. Von Defizit zu Überschuss. Von Überschuss zu Defizit. Das würde ich dann einfach bis zum Herbst so durchziehen um die Akkus mal wieder aufladen zu können. Was meint ihr? Brauche mal wieder ein paar Denkanstöße 😁 Was habt ihr heute noch vor? I'm so sorry to pop up on your feed again, I know it can be annoying but (sorta pun intended) I just want to at least help those who are feeling down like me. I am not the most patient person but if there's one thing my coach always instills in me is that everything happens for a reason and patience is always key. Been taking those booty pose selfies just for documentation (little munchkin wants some peaches). I haven't been doing any direct leg workout for almost 2 weeks but took a peak on where I am now compared to before. Left photo was taken last January 31,2017 and the one from the right is from today April 23,2017. Little progress is still progress everyone! Lesson 1 - Chest, the most important muscle group of a bodybuilder. Types of chest is varied and defined by different types of factors, factors including, exercise, form, weights and reps. Everyone has different type of dream chest they want to achieve but don't know how. And so they believe what others says, "oh, it's your genes". But that's complete bullshit. Train for what you want. The picture shows 3 different types of chest. The difference is at the position of the nipple, the spacing of the nipple is to the lower chest. It's pretty obvious when Athletes raise their arm, you can see the muscle mass at the chest. 1. Jeff - Athletes with chest like this uses mostly the shoulders to perform bench press, this form isolates the lower chest, putting all the work on the shoulder, upper and mid chest. It can be seen while performing bench press that the athlete has his elbow pointing outwards. As a result, there's not much muscle mass at the outer chest when arm is lifted. 2. Ulysses - Athletes with chest like Ulysses has a good balance in form of using the lower chest and shoulder. 3. Simeon - Athletes with chest like this uses mostly the chest to perform bench press, this form isolates the shoulders and the lats is normally engaged. The elbow is inwards during movement. The thing I love is that no matter what exercise you are doing you are engaging your core at all times.
