Voici un exercice que je trouve excellent pour le développement de vos pectoraux ! . Le développé couché haltère est super si vous avez des douleurs ou des problèmes de recrutement sur vos pectoraux. . Il est également parfait pour ceux qui s'entraine seul car il n'y a pas besoin d'assureur, si vous ne pouvez plus poussez il vous suffit de poser ou jeter les haltères ! . Je vous conseil de réaliser cet exercice sous un format assez lourd, cet-à-dire un 3x8 par exemple, mais les haltères étant trop léger je suis obligé de réaliser un 3x15 avec les 48kg !
Dips Machine Chest Variation Try this the next time you train Chest (which should be today, tomorrow and the day after and so on) 1- Sit on a tricep dip machine 2- Set the chair to lowest possible (to allow full range of motion to fully stretch the pectoral muscle fibers) or stand like I'm doing 3- Lean forward 25-30 degrees 4- Using a wide grip push down with your chest (muscle mine connection should be strong) allowing your elbows to go behind your body (not towards it) focusing on the eccentric part of the movement more than the lockout to eliminate triceps. This variation is like dips and decline bench press, it targets the lower (sternocostal) head of the pectoralis major (in human language: chest) and it's a great finisher to any workout and an alternative if you have shoulder problems that prevent the other exercises targeting this muscle I mentioned.
