Are you prepared??? Yesterday i was not... yes i did my workouts and i drank my shake... but i wasn’t prepared for the remainder of my day... went to the movies STARVING and ate twizzlers for lunch... then i came home and had chicken nachos and a couple of pieces of cookie dough for dinner 🙀 I always reach for what is convenient and that stops NOW! I have some chicken prepping for dinners this week and some bacon wrapped brussle sprouts in the oven because if i have it made i am more likely to reach for he healthy option and not just what is on hand for my kiddies 😾 Did that one day derail my progress... NO... but in my case one day turns into 2...3...4 and before i know it i haven’t eaten a single vegetable in over a week ( #notcool ) I talked about struggles this morning and mine is 💯 meal prep and being lazy in my nutrition... this new program is going to test me... but i am tired of starting over so it’s time to MAKE THE CHANGES!
