Earlier Tonight I felt like having a hamburger ditching the #carbs from a bun of course! So I made #oopsiebread wich is the most amazing low carb substitute for a bun! You won't even miss it! 3lg eggs:3oz cream cheese :1/8 tsp cream of tartar(very important!):1/8tsp salt(optional) Pre heat oven 300ยบF cook for about 30min (cooking times may vary) Need utinsles :cooking spray:parchment paper:hand mixer:2mixing bolws:roasting pan. Separate egg whites from egg yolks in two different bowls.with mixer beat egg whites till super bubbly.add cream of tartar and beat until stuff peeks (make sure there stiff!!!).in egg bowl add 3oz cream cheese and salt beat until pale yellow and double in size. Fold bowl 1 into bowl 2. Place parchment paper in pan.Spray parchment paper. Carefully scoop and dollop on paper. You can make them as big as you like! Cook away until golden brown. One of my most delicious but also very Diet friendly recipes: 1๏ธโƒฃ4oz 93/7 Lean Ground Beef (seasoned raw with Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper measured in soul), Cooked on BBQ to about medium (lean beef cooks quickly so careful 6-8 min both sides is about right but BBQ's may very),2๏ธโƒฃ After final Flip Place 1 slice of Kraft Cheddar Cheese and Fat Free American Cheese Square on hot Patty (that was just faced down), let that melt in noice. 3๏ธโƒฃAt the same time take 1 Sarah Lee Low Cal Burger Bun and lightly toast both sides directly next to the meat. 4๏ธโƒฃ Bring Burger Inside and immediately begin cooking 1 over easy egg to be placed on top of cheeses. 5๏ธโƒฃ Once egg is cooked and placed on top add a few Lettuce leaves, and ketchup/ mustard (optional In n Out Sauce Packet for those that save em). 6๏ธโƒฃ Now close that baby up and eat that cheesy, Gewy, goodness beast, while getting lean.
