SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE & 2 MINUTE GARLIC BREAD🌱🍝🍞🥖🍅🥫 Delicious, easy and nutritious spaghetti with over 60g protein?! Yes please😍 🌿 INGREDIENTS: •1/4 cup TVP or 1/2 cup vegan mince •1/3 cup of water •300g spaghetti •1 can diced tomatoes •2 garlic cloves •1/2 brown onion •Garlic powder •Onion powder •Mixed herbs Garlic bread: •2 slices of bread •1 garlic clove •Vegan butter •Mixed herbs 💫 DIRECTIONS: 1. Boil water for the spaghetti 2. Soak TVP in 1/3 cup of water for 10 minutes 3. Chop up onion and 2 garlic cloves 4. Add spaghetti to boiling water and cook according to directions 5. Add onion and garlic to a separate pot on medium heat and fry till softened 6. Add onion powder, garlic powder and mixed herbs. Add TVP. Add canned tomatoes and simmer. - Garlic bread: 1. Mince 1 clove of garlic and chop very finely 2. Slice 2 pieces of bread (I like pane di casa) and butter very generously 3. Add garlic and mixed herbs 4. Toast in sandwich press 🌟✨
I have not posted my meal for a while and thats because I had a break from doing #ketogenicdiet. A month of ketogenic diet is not enough to convert me. I was constantly craving for #sweets, not so much for #carbs. I am blaming it on #stevia although #stevia is recomended on #keto, but the effect it has on me was bad. I was constantly craving for sweets and that include #donut #icecream #brownie #cakes even #birthdaycakes #weddingcakes. I would scroll through random wedding pictures and drool over the weddingcake! It was crazy that I crave for more #bulletproofcoffee #ketohotchocolate. although I feel stronger at my usual #workout and feel #fitter throughout the day with #clearermind #focus and #fullofenergy during the month of #keto but something was always missing. I have a full time job and busy lifestyle, I havent gone that path where I truly could convert to a #ketolifestyle it is so hard to order meal when we are out and about. I dont have the time to make my own #ketodonut #ketoicecream and #ketocakes. Brownies were the easier and that still didnt really #hitthespot Sooo guyyyys, Im now taking it easy and I will go back to adapt to this lifestyle again soon but this time I need to be #fullyready
