These are so simple to whip up, I made them last night for the first time, and I am already o b s e s s e d. You just need really good quality bread and a jar of anchovies. Slice the bread and toast in the oven, spread with the finely chopped anchovies in oil and pop back in the oven for a few minutes till it gets all melty, that's it! These were made with raisin bread, so even better if you love salty and sweet together.
