Always think about how you can make progress. A really good way is to target your goal and write a system going backwards from the goal to your current level. Include all the steps you think you need to take and even ones you don't think you need to take. Then start travelling down that road...putting...one...foot...in...front...of...the...other! And keep taking those steps. Once you reach your goal you'll see that you accomplished a lot more than you expected and brought a lot more people on that journey than you realize! From my travels... meeting some great people and exchanging ideas! The value of community is really inexpressible. The idea of many parts and one whole with everybody contributing and sharing knowledge is itself inspirational. Then to see what can be achieved by honing in on one's talents and helping others do the same is even more so. The grace of God working and upholding all of reality that consists of so many working parts is indescribable. Peace and blessings. Keep creating and enjoying life!

Weighted Ring Dips + 32kg x 5 reps that were paired with the pullups with same weight same reps that i uploaded a few days ago. I like to pair bar pullups with ring dips cause the strength (or weight) is more similar than when you compare them with parallel bars dips. _____ Fondos en Anillas +32kg x 5 reps que fueron hechos a la par de las dominadas con peso que subi hace un par de dias.
