Have roughly 4 weeks to make a decision. Shall I continue training as I currently am, more strength based- less hypertrophy based, less restrictive diet and more lenient lifestyle.
Or shall I go down the road of bodybuilding. I admire bodybuilding and have since a child, but it certainly goes against everything we preach as trainers in terms of balance and health. Am I prepared to cut out alcohol, eat 5,000 cals a day...consider the other necessary measures that everyone knows of but few are courageous enough to speak of.
Certainly the less restrictive lifestyle sounds better in this depiction. But isn’t there a beauty in sacrificing the simple pleasures of life to achieve victory and glory. Isn’t there beauty in breaking the mold and taking the road less traveled, to reach a point few are capable of? This is my dilemma for the next 4 weeks 🤔 #FlexFriday
