I am not going to lie, I did let myself/body go a little bit this year. (Not as lean as last year)
I have had so much happened. Good and Bad, which made me lose who Miss Mai is... 🤔🤔🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ When I realised that I was not going to have time to follow a strict diet and being able to train 5-6 days per week like I would normally - due to work,personal, life etc..) 💁🏽♀️💁🏽♀️
I decided to try to be a little easier on myself.
Being easier on myself does not mean letting myself go again and being upset about our I look.
I turned it around and have made the changes for myself. ⚜️Having a flexible diet (with sometimes naughty cheat treats) 🙊🙊
⚜️Train at least 3 times per week 🏃🏽♀️🏋🏽♀️
⚜️ Be happy and love myself 🤗🤗
⚜️Smile more 😁😁
