IT'S TRANSFORMATION TIME!
So this is a realistic transformation over 10 weeks. I have dieted now since the 9th of march and it's been tough at times I'm going to be honest! I started my cut at 172lbs (12.6 stone) and now hovering around 161-162.5 lbs (11.8 stone). I have been tired, I have strayed off at times, but at no point did I binge. At no point was I worried about my mental health. The main goal of this diet wasn't to lose body fat, that came second in importance. The main goal was to test my psychological strength and awareness. Which worked like a charm. I not only feel in control, but feel healthier and I learnt a lot about my body and mind in the process. Plus I did lose a lot of fat which is always a bonus 😆. What I like to do is to lift heavy and feel good doing so, and of course eat lots of carbs. I will now enjoy my weekend and reverse diet for the next 6-8 weeks slowly increasing my carbs and calories.
