Good morning #fitfam this is kind of a #transformation post as the world of #bodybuilding and specifically #bootybuilding has really transformed the last few years with some advanced #training methods being made “mainstream”. #hipthrust your way to a tighter, rounder and bigger 🍑. I am showing a burn out I did yesterday- first one banded hip thrusts - opening and closing my knees to add tensions to the outside area of my glutes/hips (medius), #frogpumps then elevated frog pumps. I included a pic of the man who made this move (or at least made it well known, not sure if he created it or just refined it) @bretcontreras1 so you can see how to position your feet. Find the body position that works best for your mechanics. Where you place your feet, how high you arch and where you band sits can vary per person. Just find your BEST position and once they fire up don’t stop! Try going this tri-set 25-50 pumps each depending on your level, how toast your #booty already is and how tight your band is. This is a #doanywhereworkout and the band I an using is a @mbslingshot and I love it. Transformation Tuesday ❤️ Last year vs this year (two weeks ago) Somewhat not the best comparison but you can see the difference. The picture on the left was last year. And let’s just say i was not comfortable with myself. Yes i workout, however i didn’t push myself, i wasn’t into it whatsoever. i was a lost soul. i had nothing to motivate me. You can say i have always been on my own and i made sure i didn’t take crap from anyone. Few months later after this picture, ive gotten my own place, met great people, have a great job (worked my booty off to get where i am with this place), and of course focus on my fitness. it wasn’t easy, but as you can see i worked my ass off. i am so grateful for all of the people ive met, people who continue to believe in me and who have pushed me. #transformationtuesday #fitspo #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #pushyourself #confident
