This is such an important thing to try to practice. Sometimes we can spend so much time helping or worrying about others that we forget to look after and love ourselves. And we should! HARD! 💜
Here’s some my fav ways to ensure I take care of me:
💜 Take time for yourself away from others. 💜 Spend time outside 💜 Light your favorite scented candles around your home 💜 Take a long bubble bath (I treat myself to a lush bath bomb too 😍) 💜Don’t feel guilty turning down invitations or cancelling plans. Sometimes it’s ok to just do ‘you’.
💜Eat and balanced diet, don’t restrict or deny yourself everything, just have treats in moderation. I tend to do mon - fri being super clean and healthy (with the occasional bit of dark chocolate) then at the weekend I have whatever I want 😁
Try and do a few of these things each week to work on your ability to love yourself and be proud of the person you are and the person you will continue to become 💜
